大掺量粉煤灰充填料的激活实验研究

Experimental Study of Large Proportion Activated Fly Ash Filling Material

摘要:

摘 要:根据粉煤灰物理化学性质及其活性激发原理,以铁矿尾砂为骨料,以粉煤灰和普通硅酸盐水泥熟料为胶凝材料,以不同龄期的单轴抗压强度为指标,研究尾砂胶结充填中粉煤灰活性激发方式,确定物理激发和化学激发相结合的复合激发方式。并实验验证了物理激发和化学激发相结合的复合激发方式可增长强度40%左右。明确了粉煤灰最佳的复合激发方式为粉磨20分钟,外掺激发剂的比例为烧石膏 2:Na2SO4 0.1:CaCl2 0.2:Na2CO3 0.2。

Abstract:

Abstract: According to the physical and chemical properties of fly ash and its active principle excited to iron ore tailings as aggregate, fly ash and ordinary portland cement clinker cementitious materials to uniaxial compressive strength for different ages indicators, research tailings backfill way to stimulate activity in the fly ash, to determine the physical and chemical inspire inspire inspire ways of combining complex. Complex ways to stimulate and inspire experimental verification of the physical and chemical excited about the combination could increase the intensity of 40%. Clearly the best way to stimulate the composite ash grinding 20 minutes, mixed with activator ratio of calcined gypsum 2: Na2SO4 0.1: CaCl2 0.2: Na2CO3 0.2.
